Who We Are
The Atlantic Council for Community and Social Enterprise is a member driven, not-for-profit co-operative, incorporated in Nova Scotia, with members from all four Atlantic Provinces. We exist to promote economic policies and enhance entrepreneurial opportunities for any organization whose primary purpose is to contribute to community wellbeing.
We provide support to our members in three important areas:
- Policy recommendations to government that support entrepreneurial solutions for a people centred economy
- Capacity building for social enterprise organizations
- Create broad public awareness of the existing value of social enterprise in all communities in Atlantic Canada
We Have Two Types of Members
